You waive your right to a jury trial and class actions. If an arbitrator awards more than our final settlement offer, we will pay at least $500 and reimburse reasonable legal expenses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Left Right Center and our partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to any fees paid by you to use our Sites.

13. Indemnification
